Ingredients

1 banana (sliced and frozen)

1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

1/4 cup greek yogurt

1/2 cup vanilla almond milk

1/4 cup rolled oats or quick oats


Directions

Just pour in the ingredients, blend, and then pop on the drinking lid. All in one cup = less mess.
